We have used you to supply a few doors in the past and were pleased with the product and service. This is the reason we returned to you when we decided to extensively upgrade our entire kitchen.
We would like to thank you and your team for a superb service once again. For us at least it was quite an extensive and intricate order, but we have to say that every dimension of both panel and hinge holes were perfect. The ample packaging meant that there were absolutely no defects after shipping the doors. The doors and panels themselves were of a really high standard and everything to do with the order was dealt with exceptionally efficiently and speedily. The result is that our kitchen transformation looks fantastic.
It’s very easy to communicate about things that went slightly wrong so we thought it equally important to acknowledge a good service. If you would be kind enough to pass this sentiment on to all concerned.

I purchased some made to measure j-pull doors a couple months ago along with corner posts and end panels
All delivered promptly and to the specification. They have now been fitted and the transformation is unbelievable.
An issue (which I suspect was the supplier at fault) with the corner posts was dealt with swiftly and efficiently by Keeley and team at Doors Sincerely with replacements sent out at no charge.
I would recommend the company and use them again myself in the future!

I have no reservations about recommending Doors Sincerely.
I produced a drawing for my kitchen to obtain quotes for door replacements. Keeley came back the day after I had sent out e mails asking for quotes, with recommendations to reduce the costs from the scheme I had drawn. She also promptly answered any questions I had prior to ordering.
Once ordered, doors arrived in under 2 weeks - 18 packages, all well packaged and clearly itemised.
I had one minor hiccup with sizing at a corner post, through no fault of Doors Sincerely, and Keeley helped with a solution immediately.
All in all, excellent company to deal with.

First of all apologies for not contacting you earlier. We were most impressed by your efficient service. Everything arrived when you said t would and it was all packed to ensure nothing was damaged. We have now had had the furniture fitted and we are extremely pleased with it. It not only looks beautiful, the quality is excellent too. Thank you!

Brilliant customer service, great quality doors and very reasonably priced.
I had to get some replacement doors for my wardrobes as the laminate was peeling away from the original doors.
The original supplier of the wardrobes (a very well known and expensive brand) were very unhelpful even though the wardrobes were only a few years old. I then found Doors Sincerely on the internet and I asked for colour samples. I ordered the doors for that I chose and was so happy when they were delivered as they not only fitted perfectly, matched perfectly but the quality of the doors were far superior to what I was replacing and they were a 3rd of the cost of what I had been quoted by the original wardrobe supplier to replace the existing doors. My wardrobes have now been given a whole new lease of life and look lovely!
I was notified all he way through the order process and delivery process so I was kept in the loop at all times.
I cannot recommend Doors Sincerely enough! They saved me a lot of money and hassle! Thank you Doors Sincerely!

Just to let you know we have received doors that were in perfect condition. I was very impressed. How well packaged they were. For your information there was damage to the packaging hence sigining for them damaged. They way they were packed protected the doors. Excellent service
