This privacy and security policy sets out how Doors Sincerely Ltd collects, stores and uses information about you when you use or interact with our website www.doors-sincerelyonline.co.uk

Payment Security: transactions are processed securely by our merchant service provider Sage Pay. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted when your order is placed using SSL encryption software. Sage Pay will inform us the outcome of that transaction via their encryption system.

Telephone Orders: no credit or debit card details are retained or stored during or after a transaction is made over the phone, all card details are entered directly into our desktop card payment terminals.

Information we collect: name, contact details, IP address, information from cookies, information about your computer or device (e.g.: device and browser type), information about how you use our website (e.g.: which pages you have viewed, the time when you view them and what you clicked on, the geographical location from which you accessed our website (based on you IP address) and company name if applicable. This information is collated in order to fulfil orders, to improve our website and customer’s ordering experience

E mail: when you send an e mail to the e mail address displayed on our website, we collect your e mail address and any other information you provide in that e mail, such as name, telephone number and information contained within it.

Where your message relates to us providing you with goods or services or taking steps at your request prior to provide you with our goods or services, we will process your information to fulfil your request

We use a third-party e mail provider to store e mails you send us; our provider is Microsoft Outlook.

Contact Form: when you contact us using our contact form we collect the contact’s name, e mail and telephone number, we also collect other information you provide to us when you complete and submit the contact form. 

Messages sent via our contact form will be forwarded to our e mail and stored on our e mail providers servers.

Phone: we do not record phone messages; we only collect information necessary to fulfil your enquiry.

Right to Request Erasure of Details: you have the right to have all the personal data that we have for you erased. If products are still within their warranty period removal from our data base may result with delays accessing product information should issues arise.
